CaterCover offer THE FOLLOWING Maintenance Contracts
The Standard Service Contract
The Standard Service Contract would normally be for 2 x Routine Service Visits per annum, to an agreed schedule of Equipment. We would at the start of a new contract, add asset numbers to each appliance and make a full schedule detailing the Make, Model & Serial Number.
A pre-determined detailed schedule of works would be carried out to each item of Equipment ensuring that the appliances are working correctly and to the Manufacturers recommended settings (i.e: Items included are such as that the Electrical appliances are electrically safe & Gas appliances are sound and the operating pressures are set correctly)
We would also carry out the required Gas Safety Checks on the gas appliances, as required by the current regulations (regulation 35 of the Gas safety – Installation and use regulations ) and issue a Gas Safety Certificate detailing the results after each Routine Service Visit.
Minor spare parts would be fitted at this time any additional spare parts that may be found to be required would be subject to a separate written quotation.
The Labour Comprehensive Service Contract
The Labour Comprehensive Contract would include the Standard Service Contract details, but also include for all the required labour involved to carry out all intermediate and emergency breakdown calls. Spare parts fitted would be invoiced for after each visit or quoted for as required.
The exceptions to this contract would be customer miss-use, operator error and abortive calls.
The Fully Comprehensive Service Contract
The Fully Comprehensive Service Contract would include all the contents of the Standard and Labour Comprehensive Service Contract, but also include for all spare parts that may be required to be fitted during the period of the contract (To an agreed amount).
The exceptions to this contract would be customer miss-use, operator error and abortive calls.
